Injection molding in Phoenix
Our plant is in Phoenix, in the 85040 industrial district south of the airport. Phoenix proper holds the aerospace primes along the I-17 and Deer Valley corridors, the semiconductor fabs in the north, and hundreds of electronics, medical and industrial OEMs. Engineers can be at our press in twenty minutes from downtown; parts ship across the city the same day.
Injection molding for Mesa
Mesa’s Falcon Field and Gateway Airport districts hold Boeing, aerospace tier suppliers, and a growing electronics and EV cluster at the Mesa Gateway and Elliot Road tech corridor. We are thirty minutes west on the US-60 and the Loop 202, and we run same-day deliveries to Mesa plants daily.
Injection molding for Tempe
Tempe sits between us and the East Valley: ASU’s research park, the medical device startups around it, and the electronics and semiconductor equipment companies along the I-10 and Loop 101. Fifteen minutes from our dock.
Injection molding for Chandler
Chandler is Intel’s Ocotillo campus and the Price Road corridor of semiconductor, test and electronics companies that supply it, plus Microchip, Rogers and the solar and EV hardware firms nearby. We mold ESD-safe, flame-rated and high-temperature parts for this corridor and deliver in under thirty minutes.
Injection molding for Gilbert
Gilbert’s Heritage District and the SanTan corridor host medical device, aerospace tier and consumer product manufacturers. Thirty minutes from Phoenix by the Loop 202, same-day delivery.
Injection molding for Scottsdale
Scottsdale is the Valley’s medical device, biotech and consumer-product design center: the Mayo Clinic campus, the Cure Corridor and the north Scottsdale design firms. We work with Scottsdale product teams from first DFM through production, thirty minutes up the 101.
Injection molding for Tucson
Tucson’s optics, defense (Raytheon Missiles & Defense), aerospace and mining-equipment industries are two hours south on the I-10. We quote Tucson programs with next-morning delivery and visit for DFM and first-article reviews.
Injection molding quality you can audit in person
Every Arizona program runs on the same documented quality system: a locked process sheet per tool, in-process checks on critical dimensions, first article inspection to your drawing, material certifications and lot traceability. Aerospace, defense and medical customers get the records their own audits require, and they can audit us in person in an afternoon.
- First article inspection report to your drawing
- In-process inspection data every lot
- Material certs and traceability
- Retained samples
- Customer audits welcome
